GONG BATH Meditation Sunday, March 18, 4:30 - 5:30 pm. (Doors open at 4:10) at Living Spirit Centre. Circle Dancing before the meditation, if you wish to join. Cost is $20, includes tea & snacks (register at [email protected] ) You are invited to bring a potluck dish (cold finger foods, salads, breads . . .) and to stay for a simple potluck supper or just stay for tea & snacks.
