Final Gong Bath - Sunday, May 27, 3:00-4:00 pm at Living Spirit Centre, cost $20, includes tea, snacks & dance (optional circle dance at 2:30).** bring your mat, blankets, pillows to be comfortable lying on the floor for an hour meditation. The sound and vibrations of the gong will bathe your cells. Most people feel peaceful and happy after a gong bath. Circle dance is easy and fun. A good way to become centered before the meditation.
