World Day of Prayer Serviceon Friday, March 1st at 2:00 pm in the Living Spirit Centre. Each year, on the first Friday of March, the World Day of Prayer brings Christians together in worship around the world and in more than 2,000 communities across Canada. World Day of Prayer began in Canada and the United States in 1922 and is observed in more than 170 countries today. The theme for this years’ service is “Come – Everything is Ready!” Everyone is invited to this ecumenical gathering for prayer, fellowship and refreshment.
