THE ALKHATIB'S ARE ARRIVING!
Our first Regina Lutheran Refugee Committee family, The Alkhatib's, are arriving mid-November! Pastor Larry needs a small crew to help with move-in Saturday, November 2 beginning at 9:00 a.m. Location to be determined -- anyone able to help? If you’re available please call Pastor Larry at 306-789-9260.
Thank you in advance to those who volunteered this weekend with move-in and preparations of the townhouse for the Alkhatib’s. We look forward to their arrival November 13 from their refugee camp in Jordan. Join us for a coffee time after service on Sunday, November 24 to meet some of the Alkhatib’s extended family and to hear their refugee story.
